  2. In 1457, Stockholm was hit by a terrible epidemic.

  3. The old King Othis was among the dead.

  4. The king died during a cold October night without an heir. In fact, in his youth, he had married a princess of the continent who was discovered she could not have kids.

  5. The throne was so torn between the king’s two grandsons: Saxony Aghar, a worldly Adonis, and Sandvichen Stewart, a young orphan raised in the seminar of Stockholm.
