In order to increase productivity and capital completions, PMO is executing this high level plan, collaborating with the Program Area teams and Delivery managers for the initiative to be successful. Over 33 projects have been initiated from the CART Teams and approved by the Directors and EC over the last 70 days The projects are being evaluated for RFP or FTE resource availability Resource plans are being reviewed and developed, to determine what is the optimum mix of active projects through year end. A number of these projects will go on hold or be canceled based on planning results and current priorities. Important to keep our teams focused on current year completions Directors are screening projects for appropriate criteria Current forecast indicates 20 additional project completions through year end Action Plan for Completions

PR-40042_07 EDW EMMS ODS • Scope of PR-40042_07 EDW EMMS ODS The scope of this PUCT project includes ERCOT’s providing four years of source system data on the ODS as well as be able to recreate data at any point in time implemented through the capture of intra-day transactions currently not stored on the DA. • Features and Deliverables: • Delivery of EMMS ODS. • Loading of Historical Data Archive Data. • ETA 2.2 Upgrade. • Current Activity • Capital Project Closes as of 8/31/05. • Project Close Form and Tollgate Presentation 9/12/05. • EMMS Historical Data Migration Activities to be Monitored as O&M Activities. TCR Report Enhancements • Scope of PR-40015 TCR Report Enhancements: • Automate reports to reduce the amount of manual intervention • Provide the ability to query documents and reports • Reduce the dependency on the use of Excel macros that require constant change/update • Provide administrator flexibility and more timely and user friendly access to data • This project consisted of 14 SIRs – 12 of these were completed as part of this project – 2 became the scope of a sub project on 6/13/05 due to complexity • Features and Deliverables: • 12 SIRs completed. • Current Activity • Sub Project – Target deployment – 11/17/05 Planning 17 weeks Execution 12 weeks 06/14/2005 – 09/2/2005 02/10/2005 - 06/13/2005
