  1. draft-rosen-ecrit-lost-planned-changes • Changes in data within a LoST server happens, usually planned events (like annexation) • This means records in a LIS that were valid become invalid • No way to push invalidation out to LIS, have to depend on periodic revalidation • Draft proposes a new element to <findService> request: • URI to be saved with location • AsOf date to perform validation against • Also includes object pushed to LIS @ URI that contains AsOf invalidation date
