OHPR Performance Measures OHPR directly supports the Oregon Progress Board’s Benchmarks 39 through 46, 49, 52 and 54. • These all pertain to promoting health and increasing access to health care. OHPR does this by evaluating and collecting data on Oregon’s health care system, and provides information and policy recommendations to the governor and legislature.
