  7. YOUTH PATICIPATION • Aim 1: • Increase youth participation in the local community • Involve a higher number of active young people in AEGEE and similar organisations. • Objective 1. A club of oldies helping for knowledge transfer.

  9. YOUTH PATICIPATION • Aim 2: Getting AEGEE locals more involved in policy making processes • Objective 1. More local participating in youth councils. As Spanish dudes did! The first step is to get information about Youth councils in your country and your city, how could you get in? What do these councils do? • Objective 2. Empower our members so that they can actively participate in Youth Councils That nice to be part of a council, but you have to be able to advocate for something in order to have an impact. So your members need information and confidence!

  10. YOUTH PATICIPATION • Aim 3: Actively involve AEGEE-Europe in the “Structured Dialogue” • Objective 1. Present the “Structured Dialogue” initiative and update the e-network on the contribution of AEGEE at least 4 times. • Objective 2. internal consultation

Organise at least 20 actions in cooperation with universities and NGOs to encourage participation in the EU/National election processes. Ex: Y-Vote https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BC2WwBCC9SY • Objective 2. Fulfil the criteria in order to become member of Election Observation Missions.

  13. BRIDGING EUROPE • Aim 1: Foster educational mobility • Objective 1. Lobbyfor bilateral agreements between universities in target and non target countries. • Objective 2. Promote, among students, the educational mobility programs between target and non target countries. Ex: Youth in Exchange Project http://www.aegee.org/projects/europe-on-exchange/ AEGEE-Toulouse participated actively in the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Erasmus Program

  14. BRIDGING EUROPE • Aim 2: visa facilitation process for the members of AEGEE and other young volunteers. • Objective 1. Have a visa responsible in every local. • Objective 2. Create a campaign to raise awareness on visa issues to reach at least 15 ministries of foreign countries

BRIDGING EUROPE • Aim 3: Increase the opportunities of AEGEE locals from target countries • strengthening the cooperation between the locals in target countries and the rest of the network • ensuring a balanced geographic distribution of AEGEE, European and AEGEE-Europe events across the network. • Objective 1. Motivate AEGEE members from non target countries to participate in events organised by locals from target countries. • Objective 2. Establish at least 5 cross border mentorship agreements between target and non target countries

  16. BRIDGING EUROPE • Aim 4: Build a more tolerant society by setting up a platform for dialogue and cooperation amongst locals in conflict areas. • Objective 1. Organise at least 10 events in cooperation with NGOs that work on conflict resolution in target countries. • Objective 2. Organise at least 5 cultural exchanges aiming at bringing together members from locals in conflict areas. • Objective 3. Create an online tool to create awareness about the existing conflicts in the target countries.

  18. INCLUSION OF MINORITIES • Aim 1: IncludeminoritieswithinAEGEE • Objective 1. creating set of guidelines to make our event accessible to people with a physical disability • Ojective 2. Implementing this set of guidelines in at least 20% of the events in the events calendar and summer universities. • Objective 3. Create an online platform through which all members share their stories of being in contact with or being part of a minority group
