Classroom Management • In this presentation you will pick up some real world strategies for setting a classroom plan for success, effectively addressing those “emergency” situations that fall outside of the plan, and understand how collaborative planning with a team can make all of these components more effective.

The Need for discipline • Be Polished and Prepared • Does the behavior prevent teaching or learning? • Ask ACADEMIC Why’s, Not BEHAVIORAL Why’s
The Need for Discipline • Plan for difficulties: Experienced Teachers know when curriculum is going to be challenging • Isolate problems to their source • Learn to identify the serious problems – Call Admin!
