  2. 1. GulabJamun: GulabJamun is a milk-solid-based sweet from the Indian subcontinent, popular in India. In India, milk solids are prepared by heating milk over a low flame for a long time until most of the water content has evaporated.

  3. 2. Kulfi: Kulfi is a frozen dairy dessert originating from India. It is often described as "traditional Indian ice cream. Traditionally, kulfi is flavored with cardamon.

  4. 3. Halwa: Halwa is a dense sweet confection that's popular across the Middle East, South Asia, Central Asia and West Asia. In some Indian cultures, the dish is known as a soup-based sweet. Identical sweets exist in other countries, such as China, though these are not generally referred to as "halva".

The main ingredients are khoa, sugar and traditional flavorings, including cardamom seeds, pistachio nuts and saffron. The colour varies from a creamy white to a caramel colour.

It was traditionally sold loose in a rolled paper cone, but modern industrial production has led it to be sold in tightly formed cubes.
