ERT Areas of Responsibility • EPO – environmental law violations, evidence gathering and proceedings and haz mat response • ES – hazardous material response technical expertise • Clean up can be either responsible party (RP) oversight, or • Response using DNREC resources or contractor assistance • State UC representative in federal response
