MyLam/InfoSource Delta Training - Main • Website Access • InfoSource • Content frozen; no new documents or emails – May 6th, 2013 • Decommission site - June 6th, 2013 • MyLam • Go-Live, emails will be sent from eFocus - May 6th, 2013 • MyLam Profile • Profiles have been set up based on Novellus and Lam installed base, customers will only have access to technical information on the systems they own • Customers can also control what information they want to be notified on when new documents are released (Safety Alerts cannot be turned off) • eFocus email notifications are sent out based on MyLam profile directly to customers • Technical Content Mapping • Search • Additional Information Thank you

  5. eFocus Profile Under Email Information select the document types that you would like to be notified on when new ones are released. This will be sent to you based on the company installed base. Click on the Submit button to save your changes Validate user information and update if needed Click on the Profile page link to edit your profile
