  2. Introduction Optometrists are educated to assess the visual system and determine its health by looking for defects in vision, ocular disorders, and general health issues. They use optical tools such as spectacles and contact lenses to correct refractive errors when necessary.

  3. This degree enables you to learn the information and abilities necessary for an optometrist in order to meet the public's eye care demands. You will complete a Preliminary Foundation Year as part of this degree and must pass each module to advance to the three-year BSc Optometry course.

  4. BSc Optometry program also seeks to give you the information and transferable skills that every health and life sciences student requires. This method prepares you for changes in the field while also allowing you to engage in and enjoy lifelong learning and professional growth.
