Web Client Search Criteria This screen allows the user to search for items using various fields other than the main reference. The use of wild cards is permitted. Valid wildcards are as follows: A combination of fields can also be used during the search. Results Screen If any of the previous searches are successful then the results page will be automatically displayed. The results of the current search can be displayed at any time by selecting the ‘View results’ option from the main toolbar. By default the item’s main reference, last known location and last movement date will be displayed. If however additional fields are required, these can be included by entering the relevant details in the web client’s configuration file. TranSearch Real Time Document & Asset Management
Results Screen From the results page the user can tag items and add them to a Personal Web List. Tagged items can also be requested by clicking the ‘Request items’ button. To tag/untag an item simply click on the selection box next to the item’s main reference. If the user clicks on the item’s ‘main reference’ then extra details will be displayed for that item. If there is more than one page of results then use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to scroll between pages.
The web list contains items that you may wish to view on a regular basis. By default the item’s main reference, last known location and last movement date will be displayed. If however additional fields are required, these can be included by entering the relevant details in the web client’s configuration file. Each user can have his or her personal list. Items can be requested from either the results page or the web list. • Before a request can be made certain details must be entered. • Service type (Delivery, Collection etc.) • Priority and date when the items are required. • Location. This is the location which items will be delivered to or collected from. • Each user has their own default location. However this can be changed at the time the request is made. Requesting items
This screen will display any outstanding requests for the logged on user. The item’s main reference will be displayed along with the type of service requested (i.e. delivery or collection), also displayed will be the last known location of the item, the date and time the request was made, when it is due and finally the status of the request. Extra details for an item can be displayed by clicking the item’s ‘main reference’. This can be done from the results page, web list or view requests. The information displayed can be configured by entering the relevant details into the web client’s configuration file Displaying an individual item
