  5. Digital flexor tenosynovitis • Overuse • Other causes – Infection, TB; RA, PsA; SLE, Scl • >3 digits --- consider systemic cause • Swelling, crepitus, nodules • Saville sign • Trigger finger/thumb (stenosing tenovaginitis)
