Reflecting On Last Year:“Please rate each statement based on your experience this program year. As a result of our organization’s participation in the quality improvement system…”
Please describe the most important changes in youth development and learning that were the result our program’s participation in the quality improvement system. How were children and youth better off as a result of the quality work? “Youth Voice - We have implemented many more opportunities for youth to be heard, have choice, and provide feedback. This gives them a feeling of ownership.” “Youth are more engaged and feel that they are a part of the program.” “The students are becoming more responsible for their behavior and learning by taking ownership of the program.”
Please rate this statement based on your experience this program year. Overall, participation in the quality improvement system...
Overall, what kind of additional supports would improve your ability to implement the continuous improvement practices? “I don't believe any additional supports would be a huge benefit. I do believe that more trainings available to staff in their regions would be a big step into getting everyone more involved with the YPQA process. I know that some of my staff were unable to attend a training because of distance and time commitment.”
