  5. 3) Determine Minimal Feature Set To Meet The Need • Determine Needs • Research Domain • User Discussions • Domain Experts Find out what they need, not what they want...

  6. 4) Choosing the Technologies • Not as important as you may think • Are the technologies capable of meeting the minimal feature set? • In-house expertise

  8. 6) Create a Project Charter • Manage client expectation • Flag in the ground • Covers your ass • Include key stakeholders – i.e Weekly updates
