Provides Nursing care within the scope of a CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT assigned patients under the direction Of the registered nurse. Responsibility Position Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, assists Patients in the rehabilitation process through provision of appropriate nursing care as well as Techniques. Performing basic patient care activities such as observation and reporting of signs and Symptoms of disease state, simple dressing changes, assisting in patient mobility such as turning, Positioning and range of motion exercises.
