Introduce “Best-Before Dates” in all New Visa Policies to safeguard stability of EDUCATIONAL, CAREER AND MIGRATION CHOICES made by the high-skilled youth. 2. Declare all STEM-Youth as the sixth “Global Commons” (after the High Oceans, Atmosphere, Polar Regions, Outer Space & Internet) and share them through Dual Citizenship. This would help stem the Brain Drain by boosting Temporary Return of Youth (TRY) Contra Temporary Migration of Youth (TMY)
