  3. What is a Community of Practice (CoP)? A group of people who share a concern, set of problems, or a passion about a topic. They build connections to enable dialogue in problem-solving, diffuse existing knowledge, and generate new knowledge. They interact regularly to deepen their knowledge and expertise in this area.
