Aims: Clarify responsibilities Produce detailed planning (initial granularity ~ month) Identify open points + actions to be taken Scope: Magnets Magnet accessories (supports, bus bars, …, connections, …) Components to be fitted to magnets (vacuum chambers, BPMI, …) Handling devices (+ storage / working space)
