  1. TOURIST AGENCY BULGARI Presents 4 -day excursion with the following route: 1 day - Elhovo - Yambol 2 day-Yambol - Zavoi - Yambol 3 day - Yambol - Kabyle - Yambol 4 day – departure in 12 o’clock

  2. In the center of North Thracia, one hour drive from the Black sea is located the beautiful city of Yambol... This is a lovely city with nice air and tasty water, with gardens and vineyards located in height and and facing Tundzha river.

  3. Route: 1 Day Elhovo - Yambol • 09:00 a.m. –arrival in Elhovo. Visit to the Ethnographical museum. • 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. – leisure time and walk in the town. • 11:30 a.m. – departure to Yambol. • 12:00 a.m. - arrival. The museum of ethnography - Elhovo It was founded in 1958 and represents one of the most interesting and original ethnographic exhibitions in the country with samples of the clothes of Bulgarian settlers from Aegean Thrace, Edirne and Kirklareli.There are more than 20 100 exhibits preserved in the museum’s stock.

  4. The city of Yambol Yambol is situated in South-East Bulgaria in the valley of Tundzha river (the Antique Tonzos). The fertile lands of the valley were settled from ancient antiquity. In the first half of 20-th century Yambol was famous with is mineral water and mineral baths, with the unique railway horse tram, with its pheasant farm and the huge Zeppelin shed from 1917.

  5. Accommodation in “Diana Palace” hotel. 30 minutes rest . In 1:00 p.m. visit to Bezisten, Esky Mosque, “Saint Nikolai” orthodox church, art-gallery “George Papazov”.

  6. Bezisten It has been built in the second middle of XV c. in the center of the town. It is one of the 10 covered markets in Europe. It gives very unique impression of Yambol and is one of the city’s symbols.

  7. EskyMosque This is the old mosque Ebu Bekir built in 1413. One of the earliest mosques on the territory of Bulgaria. It has been built for the Osman conquerors. It has been restored in the 70-th years of 20-th century.

  8. The Orthodox church „Saint Nikolai”It is located in the central part and is the biggest one in the city. It has been built in 1888. Art gallery “George Papazov” – Yambol The Gallery disposes the richest collection of decorative arts, which attributes to its significance and authority abroad. The building itself is a cultural monument and is included in the list of the Ministry of Culture of buildings with exclusive national significance. The fund of the gallery posseses works of artists from different generations as: Vladimir Dimitrov – the Master, George Papazov, Dechko Uzunov, Ilia Beshkov.

  9. The Historical Museum of Yambol The Historical museum – Yambol is established in 1952. In its collection there are more than 50 000 interesting and unique objects presenting the historical development of Lower Tundzha from Antiquity till nowadays. The visitors have the ability to get known with the archeological treasures of Yambol region.

  10. 2 Day Yambol - Zavoi - Yambol Breakfast in 09:00 a.m.Departure from Yambol -10:00 a.m.Arrival in the village of Zavoi - 10:30 a.m.In 10:45 a.m. preparing the boats and set out.

  11. Water tourism Route: Zavoi - Yambol Duration: 4-5 hours. The route starts from the sandy board after the dike of the Zavoi village and ends near the “Ekaterina” motel. The length is 10 km. Usually, there are 4 hours and a half needed for the sailing. 1 km. after the start is the beginning of Ormana – hunting complex.

  12. In 16:00 o’clock – arrival in Yambol. Free time for shopping, walk in the city – 2 hours. Dinner - 20:00 o’clock Additional: in 18:00 o’clock theatre visit to the production “Petticoat Government”. Visit to a disco club.

  13. 3 Day: Yambol – Kabyle - YambolBreakfast in 09:00 a.m. Departure from Yambol in 10:30 a.m. Arrival in Kabyle -11:00 a.m. • The village of Kabyle At the end of the І and the begging of ІІ C.B.C. around the Sanctuary of the Goddess Cybela- Arthemida is settled the Thracian town Kabyle. From ІІ C.A.C. the town is one of the most important Roman military campus in the province of Thracia. Visit to the National archeological park “Kabyle” and to the Monastery “Holly Virgin” . • NAR “Kabyle” NAR“kabyle” is about 8 km north-west of Yambol. From 1972 there are regular archeological excavations. The visitors could see the ruins of Kabyle – one of the most significant antique Thracian towns on the territory of today's Bulgaria. There is a historical museum keeping unique exposition presenting the historical development of the antique town.

  14. The Monastery in Bulgaria • The Monastery “Holly Virgin” is women’s and its holiday is on 8th of September. There is a belief that the holly spring in the chapel cures different diseases and mostly on the eyes. Often, heаled people come back with generous gifts for the Monastery.In the late antiquity (4-5 c.) Kabyle has been important religious center, and there have been monastery in the reign of the Imperator Konstantin the Great. Tsaritsa Elena have been sending messengers to bring her holly water from that spring. • In 14:00 o’clock - lecture in the monastery’s yard. • 14:40 :15:30 o’clock – leisure time. • 16:00 o’clock – arrival to Yambol. Additional walk in the park of the city which is a natural island surrounded from Tundzha river. • 18:30 o’clock – additional visit to the show of the marvelous “Thracia” dance formation. • 20:00 o’clock – dinner. • Additional visit to disco club, Bingo hall, casino…
