Service Enhancements • North Polar coverage • Implemented October 2000 • HFDL is the only data link available for North Polar operations • Adaptive frequency management • ARINC partnered with Radio Propagation Service, Inc. (RPSI) for adaptive frequency management • RPSI algorithms optimize coverage by controlling the daily/hourly operating frequencies at all HFDL ground stations • New Ground Stations Sites (1Q 2001) • Bahrain • Gran Canaria, Canary Islands
