Morocco Incubation and Spin-off Network GIP Prospect • Strategic study • Feasibility study of the device sustainable RMIE 3 scenarios have been the subject of two studies : • Creating a GIP (Public Interest Group), as recommended by the feasibility study RMIE. • Elaboration of a Convention of sustainability, reproducing the model of FSP. • Creating an Association. Following consultations with partners and the Ministry of Finance, GIP appears to be the most suitable structure for porting such activity 22-24 November 2010

Morocco Incubation and Spin-off Network GIP Prospect • To carry out research development through the creation of innovative firms and the diffusion of entrepreneurial culture, especially within universities ; • Conduct training assistance and advice to incubates and incubators ; • support, assist and work towards the professionalization of incubators, including academic institutions within thoseresearch organizations; • Manage the funds of the GIP ; 22-24 November 2010
