  5. What Do We Need to Hit Our Number 906 The number of new members to reach our goal 14.15625 The average number of new members from each District 3.1789 The average number new members from each Council

  6. The Bottom LineIn the Next 6 Months… If each district can bring in 14 New Members We meet our goal!! OR If every Council brings in 3 new members We meet our goal!! In Other Words 3 - 1st Degrees in the next 6 Months

  7. Ceremonies Are The Key To “Growing The Order” • Plan a degree for each month Ask the Questions… • What’s your plan to grow your council? • How many candidates do you have this month? • Can you host the degree this month?

  8. Then What…For a First degree • Plan • Promote • Perform and • Report

  9. Then What…For a Major degree • Plan • Request • Promote • Perform • Report

  10. Planning a 1st Degree • Get with Council Reps • Pick a good day and time • Check for room/campus availability • Make sure the team is available • Promote>Promote>Promote

Planning a Major Degree • Get with Council Reps • Check the Degree Scheduler for Open dates • Find a good date and time • Check for room/campus availability • Request degrees through MN Knights Website mnknights.org….About…Exemplifications After Approval… • Promote> Promote>Promote After the Degree • Report>Report>Report

  12. Requesting A Major Degree • MNKnights.org • About • Exemplifications • Scroll toherein the Second paragraph • Fill out the Request • Submit

  13. Reporting Any Degree • Mnknights.org • About • Exemplifications • Click on “Forms” at the top of the page • Type in 450 • 2 Options will appear • Choose 2nd option “Electronic” • Fill in the blanks • Click “Submit”
