  2. Robert DeCusati Financial Executives International Robert DeCusati has had a long career as a senior level manager of finance functions. For nine years, he also volunteered as the Director of Career Counseling for FEI (Financial Executives International). This group connects senior level financial executives and provides them with an abundance of resources. The organization serves the needs and interests of those who are building a career in the financial and business world.

  3. Robert DeCusati A CFO Robert DeCusati was the CFO of ESP Packaging. In this position, he coordinated the sale and lease back of the company’s property in Holliston, MA. John and Nikki Holcomb, the company’s Owners stated “He developed a creative solution that allowed for the on-going operations in New England but also generated the cash flow we needed at the time. Bob found creative solutions for the company, and does everything in his power to ensure that the company is running smoothly and making a profit. His fellow management team members have developed a strong trust in him even though he is the newest member of our management team.”

He also understands EQ and how this affects people, and takes the time to get to know those he works with. He understands that trust and communication are vital on a team, and passes that sentiment on to those around him.
