  3. OUR TEAM “My Experience Delivers Results”Christy Wilkey has been a licensed Realtor since 1991. Her career began in El Paso, Texas. She discovered her niche was helping families relocate into the El Paso area. Growing up in a military family she has experienced the joy, trials, and tribulations of moving. She is very aware how emotional buying and selling your home can be!Christy was also the #1 Realtor at Coldwell Banker in Texas for two consecutive years. She is certified in relocation and vacation properties and is fully licensed in Utah and Texas. Her experience and understanding not only gets a transaction done, but also provides a great experience for her clients. She really does know what works and how to craft the best possible outcome for your real estate experience.Since her relocation to Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah, she has enjoyed meeting new clients which always seems to turn into very good friends. Caroline and her husband bought in Old Town in 2013 with the intent of living in their investment property for two years. After two years and a home price appreciation of over 50%, even the CPA in her couldn’t bear to leave Park City. The Park City lifestyle, the vibrant community, the cultural (Sundance!) and recreational opportunities (ski resorts, golfing and 400 miles of bike trails) prompted them to put down roots.
