  4. Concept • Criteria should be derived from TT mission, goals and KPI • Establish three levels of priority • Assign priority to each case as a function of different quantified criteria • Centralized priority list kept by TTOP leader CERN, Technology Transfer

Criteria • Time to market • Window of opportunity - market development • Perceived execution time to first results - quick returns • Visibility of the technology • Academic • Commercial • Commercial potential – revenue prospect • Dissemination prospect • Socioeconomic impact • External requests • Ongoing cases – pending actions and interactions • Political factors • Case idle time • Achieved results CERN, Technology Transfer
