Lancaster Flying Arrow’s ACP Plan

Academic and Career Planning (ACP) is a student-driven, ongoing process that supports individualized learning and personalized success. Starting in 6th grade and continuing through high school graduation, our ACP at Lancaster School District helps students explore their interests, develop a vision for their future, and create a plan to reach their highest potential, guided by goals, course selection, and valuable experiences. Through reflection, adaptation, and connection with community stakeholders, students build a personal portfolio for their academic and career journey.
