Vision Statement • Preserve and enhance the natural beauty of our community by maintaining the common grounds, ponds and basins.
Committee Duties • Monthly meetings to review new and existing Resident Service Requests. • Status reviews with representatives from the Board of Directors, Prime Management, Lennar, Down to Earth and Billy Casper Golf. • Review specifications of new contracts, existing contracts and contract modifications for revisions that may be required. • Provide monthly report to the Board of Directors. • Provide a monthly update of our activities in the Beacon.
Property Boundaries • Common Grounds are owned by the GOCA. • All Common Grounds, tree lines, plantings and grasses, ponds and basins are defined to the State and local governments by the Public Offering Statement (POS). • Resident Properties are defined by the individual lot site plan.
Waretown Garbage and RecyclingBranches are collected first and third Thursday of each month. No leaves, grass or sod is to be put into the trash or recycling.Metal garbage is collected on the second and fourth Thursday of each monthComputers and Electronics as well as automobile and marine batteries are also collected each month.Payment stickers are required for pick up of Freon and Propane tanks at a cost of $10 for Freon and $5 for propane.Residents must call the township at 609-693-3302, extension 221, to schedule pick up of any of the above items.
Resident Responsibilities • Irrigation • Appropriate watering • Clearing around sprinkler heads • Area coverage • Fertilization is not the resident’s responsibility, it is done by DTE. • Secure Garbage and Recycling containers
Check List for Irrigation System Either you or your contractor should check for: • Leaks in the system or valves. • Rain Sensor – Is it working? • Proper coverage; no missed areas. • Correct cycle time. For example, more time per zone in summer, less in spring and fall. • Learn how to set your clock to adjust cycle time • Keep the grass and sand cleared from around your sprinkler head.
