Possible response: Dear Mr. Hudson, Hello. I would like to explain what I experienced that made me feel uncomfortable on your airplane. First, I asked a flight attendant for cold water, but she gave me really hot water that almost burnt me. Second, another flight attendant spilled orange juice on me, but she never apologized! I understand that they are busy, but I was really disappointed with this. I would like the airlines to pay me for the cost of cleaning my clothes, and I would like apologies from the flight attendants. I look forward to your reply. Regards, Jane Stewart
