  5. What does a bear eat? • Nuts • Berries • Fish • Insects • Sap from trees • Branches • Drinks milk from their mom for 1st year of life

  6. Where does a bear live? • They live all over the world • They do not live in Antarctica and Australia

  7. Why do bears hibernate? • They hibernate not like the usual “hibernating” animal • They sleep because in the winter time food is hard to find • They will only wake up to have a baby. Not even to go to the bathroom. • Bears in warmer weather will usually not sleep as long as bears in colder places
