Chronology of events • Discussion between ASW Pilot project team (PH Customs, TH Customs) and TBG2 members in Geneva on 4th May, 2006 (in conjunction with Single Window Symposium) • Requirement : UNeDocs Proof-Of-Concept (POC) for the ASEAN Single Window Pilot Project • TBG2 team members started development work for the POC after the meeting • POC approved by ASW Pilot Project team on 29th May, 2006 (in conjunction with 2nd ASW Workshop in Bangkok) • Presented by ASW Pilot project during ASEAN Customs DG Meeting in Cambodia on 5th June, 2006

  14. Mapping to UNeDocs Data Model • Mapped each box in CEPT Form D to a structure in UNeDocs CoO data model • All boxes in CEPT Form D were mapped to UNeDocs CoO data model • Result : simplified UNeDocs data model of the CEPT Form D that is fully mapped to the paper form

Generation of UNeDocs XML Structure for ASEAN CEPT Form D • Expert team used EDIFIX to transform Simplified UNeDocs data model for CEPT Form D into XML structure based on UN/CEFACT Naming and Design Rules (DNR) • Result : UNeDocs XML Schema for CEPT Form D • Through interfaces, the UNeDocs CEPT Form D document is integrated directly into PH & TH Customs processing for G2G business data exchange

Development of UNeDocs Interactive PDF Document (Optional steps) • Implemented UNeDocs CEPT Form D using UN Toolkit in combination with Adobe Interactive PDF • Use UN Toolkit to create CEPT Form D as Interactive PDF form • Map Interactive PDF to UNeDocs CEPT Form D XML Schema • Apply digital signatures to UNeDocs CEPT Form D
