  4. Conclusion • Cross-talk Hot-carrier-Induced photons is reported in 1955. Many research are done so far. Multi-mechanism model is reasonable. Anyway understanding of band theory structire is needed. • After-pulse The paper in 1991 indicates many trapping potential by using APD. I don’t still understand why these lifetime is fitted by arrhenius plot.
