However, this style often has problem during the unexpected situation happens. Flexibility We often take the works on our self-awareness. Arrange the thing with different methods to arrive the same goal. However, many careless mistakes would happen during the programs are proceeded.

  4. WHY? • Japan I think this working culture was impacted by the Militarism of World War. During that times, Japan’s education oriented to the conscientious and careful style. • Taiwan I think the education in Taiwan was changed to self-awareness by the western culture.
