Defining “Rotating Trio Role-Play” • 3 trainees • 3 different rounds – same or different scenarios • 3 rotating roles – two actors and one observer
Demonstration LEARNING OBJECTIVE - Develop Active Listening Skills Scenario – Angry Customer at Front-Desk with issues about their property taxes.
Activity At your tables, take 4 minutes to brainstorm on other skills that could be practiced using “Rotating Trio Role-Play.”
