  3. Identify a contact/supporter in the district • Identify a supporter from the community who is known and respected • Help these contacts register and organize survey administration Getting Districts Registered

  8. Get the teachers or staff administering the survey on board • Stay in contact with the survey coordinator • Coordinate with the district the best time to administer the survey • Avoid Friday and Monday survey administration • Avoid survey administration immediately following Christmas break Increasing Participation Rates

  9. Offer incentives for meeting participation goals and get prizes donated if the goals are met • Both public and private recognition given to Supt and coordinators for their involvement and work on the survey • Have a presence at the school during administration and offer any help needed • Make sure the surveys get packaged up and returned to us Increasing Participation Rates
