  2. Indicators your church needs it • Well, Duh! Look around! • Baptize less than one person per 10 on role • Growing by less than 10% a year • Less than half of new members are new converts • No one is witnessing, or going on mission trips, or if you think building a house is missions.

  3. What does a church look like? • A Family • A Closed Community with a wide open front door and open activity • A place that people want to come to • A place where you can get help, without judgmental-ism, but with sound judgment • A place where people are saved, sanctified, and seeking

  4. What are the steps to revitalization • A right Pastor • A right People • A right Purpose
