  12. ‘Quality’ Captured Twice Example datapoints: Products sold in Index Countries should meet the same quality standards as those of the developed world. Product packaging, including product labeling, should be adapted to Index Country needs and languages. Example datapoint: Assisting licensees in obtaining quality management systems that conform to international quality standards; such standards include FDA, EMA and WHO Good Manufacturing Practices.
