SERVICE 16 Project # 1 : JEEVAN-DAAN Need : Acute shortage of organs for transplant Purpose : Create awareness of Organ Donation Encourage people to pledge Provide Post pledge support to donors Target Audience / Beneficiaries : General Public Goal : To increase the number of pledge / organ donations by 10% Month : JULY • Proj. SERVICE 16 • Project # 1 : JEEVAN-DAAN Project Details : It is FIRST DAY Project for year 2016-17 • Tie-up with Hospitals/Other NGOs • Awareness in Schools & Colleges • Public Rallies, Street Plays in Malls, Gardens • Use of Websites, FB, WhatsApp, Twitter, YouTube • Print Media, Local Cable Network, Hoarding, FM Radio • Clubs to have 2 regular meetings on Organ Donation

SERVICE 16 Project # 4 : KARMAVEER Project Details : - Gather information on challenges that SMEs face like resource mobilization, competition, ineffective marketing strategies, technological issues - Seminars with eminent speakers from banking, corporate, technology & taxation experts - To have a HELPLINE facility for SMEs - To have a LOAN-MELA / JOB-FAIR for SMEs

SERVICE 16 Project # 6 : AROGYA-SAMPADA Need : Medical checkup cost is increasing day by day & it has become more & more difficult to get genuine medical advice Purpose : Make Routine Medical Checkup facilities available free to people in need Target Audience / Beneficiaries : General Public / Govt. There is pressing need for awareness on road safety Purpose : Create awareness on need to follow road safety measures Target Audience / Beneficiaries : Drivers, particularly two wheelers and heavy vehicles and people in general Goal : To reduce number of road accidents in RID-3141 Month : JANUARY • Proj. SERVICE 16 : WORKING Each Club has to appoint a separate Director/ Chairman in BOD for SERVICE 16 Decide within the Group about Lead Club/s for each project Have joint meetings with District Team for successful execution of SERVICE 16 projects Please give your suggestions to enhance the reach & impact of SERVICE 16 projects District is working on the possibilities of partial funding for SERVICE 16 projects
