CA CPT Admit Card Released by ICAI Scroll down for more information Now that CA CPT December 2018 exams are just a couple of months away, the admit card for the exam is expected to release soon. Once released, students will be able to download their admit cards from icaiexam.icai.org. The CA CPT admit card is one of the most important document for students appearing for CPT exam in December 2018. Without the admit card, students will not be allowed to sit for the exam. The CA CPT admit card will bear the student’s name and signature, and other important details like Registration number, name and month of the exam, roll number, medium, center and the postal address of the candidate. Check for your photograph and signature. (For queries regarding the same, refer to the FAQs below) In case of discrepancy, contact the Helpline numbers (mentioned below) immediately, quoting your registration number, bar code number of your examination form and receipt number issued by the regional office(s), if any, center opted (with zone, if applicable), telephone number, fax number etc. Follow the same procedure as above if you are unable to take a print from the website Please note:NO PHYSICAL COPY OF THE ICAI CPT ADMIT CARD WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA POST. The practice of sending physical admit cards has been discontinued since May 2017 attempt onwards. You must, without fail, print your admit card from the website http://icaiexam.icai.org and carry the same to the examination hall. Commonly Asked Questions Regarding CPT Admit Card: Mismatch of personal details: I have downloaded my admit card from the website but the details on the card does not match with what I had filled in my exam application form. What should I do now?– Get in touch with the Board via Helpline Numbers given below. You can also send an email quoting your registration number, bar code number of your examination form and receipt number issued by the regional office(s), along with your centre details and telephone number. Remember to take prompt action. Absence of Photograph & Signature: I had not affixed my photograph in the exam form. Can I send them now? –Yes. However, once the admit cards are hosted, no changes will be made thereon. The photographs will be used at the time of preparation of result cards. What you can do now is carry a photo identity card issued by Govt. agencies to the examination hall, along with the admit card downloaded/printed from the website. My photograph and/or signature is not there in the admit card. Is it still valid?– Yes. It is valid. In this case you will have to paste your photograph and affix your signatures in the area marked on the printout of the admit card. You have to get this page attested by a member of the Institute/Head of Institution/Gazetted Officer and then carry the same to the examination center, in duplicate, as proof of identity. You will have to hand over the original attested admit card to the examination center, while retaining one copy of the same, for your own record. You should also carry one stamp size photograph (matching with the photograph affixed on the attested print out referred to above) to the exam center for affixing the same at the appropriate place in the attendance register.
