Requisition of MTOA before 10am • Some of the MTOAs are not being scheduled fully • Kerala is not requisitioning MTOA no 24 and 28 during off peak • KSK Mahanadi (MTOA 29) intermittently scheduled • Corporate Power -AP (MTOA 30) is not scheduled. • Cl 17.a mandates release of such margin for STOA • Request states to intimate such Under-requisition well in advance so that Adv / FCFS STOA can be approved • Atleast before 10am on Day Ahead basis so that it can be released to Px.

Tamilnadu Rs.2635 Lakhs (TN opened LC for Rs.8.49Cr only in lieu of Rs.32.84Cr) APTRANSCO Rs.247.50 Lakhs Due to delay of wk40(31.12.12-06.01.13) UI payment (APTRANSCO opened LC for Rs. 62 Lakhs only ) LKPPL Rs.2.44 Lakhs Due to delay of wk40(31.12.12-06.01.13) UI payment MEPL to enhance LC to Rs. 17.23 Lakhs from Rs.7Lakhs Due to delay of wk41(07.01.13-13.01.13) UI payment SEPL Rs.17.10 Lakhs (LC expired on 31.08.13) OPENING OF LC DUE TO DELAYED UI PAYMENT CERC may issue suo-moto order any time

  6. Status of RRF accounting • Implemented from 15-07-13 • Only Karnataka furnishing data. (12 stations ) • TN stopped submitting data from 19.08.2013 onwards • AP stopped submitting data from 12.08.13 onwards RRF implementation from 15-07-13
