This will assist students in reaching conceptual understanding of standards and use skills across the curriculum. • PURPOSE Will integrate College and Career standards, monitor progress of Outcomes, and evaluate Rigor & Relevance for all students in order to provide a Guaranteed & Viable Curriculum for all students.

Positive student support system Positive Behavior Team • Reviews school behavior data and analyzes trends for school-wide, group, or individuals. • Responsible for setting goals ensuring that the students demonstrate the expected behaviors. • Members of the team are responsible to ensure that the expected behaviors are taught and supported effectively throughout the school.

Positive student support system Positive Attendance Team • Reviews school attendance data and analyzes trends for school-wide, group, or individuals. • Responsible for setting goals for ensuring that students attend school every day on time.  • Members of the team are responsible for the practice that ensures monitoring, intervention, incentives, and prevention efforts for both tardiness and absences.

13. Positive student support system Positive Interventions Team • Review students in regular education who are not making adequate gains despite standard program intervention. In particular, students who are struggling with academics, behavior, and/or attendance are reviewed and supported with additional school resources.  • Interventions are developed with the teacher and parent to help the child attain greater academic growth.

Positive student support system Positive Family involvement Team • Reviews family involvement data and analyzes trends for school-wide, group, or individuals. • Responsible for setting goals and ensuring that families become essential partners in ensuring students’ success. • Members of this team coordinates a program of extensive outreach, opportunities and workshops designed to invite families to be engaged in the school community and partners in their child’s learning in ways that are beneficial to the student and manageable to the family.
