Having everything ready will make the process easier. 2. Position the baby: Lay the baby on a clean, flat surface. Use a changing mat for extra comfort and hygiene. 3. Remove the dirty nappy: Unfasten the nappy tabs, gently lift the baby’s legs, and carefully remove the soiled nappy. Fold it up and set it aside. 4. Clean the baby: Use baby wipes or a damp cloth to wipe the area, ensuring the baby’s bottom is clean. Wipe from front to back to avoid infections.
