  1. Student Questionnaire • The Student Questionnaire was designed to see how current AUP students use the my.aup website • The questionnaire asked AUP students which of the student self services available online they used most / least • The questionnaire also asked students to report on their overall experience using / accessing the services available through my.aup • Overall, the goal was to learn what improvements and changes need to be made to the my.aup to better meet the needs and requirements of the students. 17. Discussion • The services that were academic based and vital to the academic success of students, (webmail, course catalogue, the library website, grades/ GPA, academic calerndar, and class schedule) were the student services most frequently used • There is a great need and desire to restructure and reorganize the manner in which student services are displayed online. • The existing organization of the website does not make it easy to search for information nor does it allow for this information to be well-known and accessible to students Spring 2009 | CM/CS 348 Human Computer Interaction | Self-Services for Students Study
