  3. 实验内容 • 1、取1ul 含0.1%正辛烷的正己烷溶液,平行进样2次,比较正辛烷的保留时间及峰面积是否一致,并计算平均峰面积。 • 2、取1ul 含0.1%异辛烷的正己烷溶液,平行进样2次,比较异辛烷的保留时间及峰面积是否一致,并计算平均峰面积。 • 3、取1ul 含带测样品的正己烷溶液,平行进样2次,根据保留时间及平均峰面积进行定性定量。 • 实验数据请到219.229.71.114下载。
