History Focal Point Communications, Inc., A Women Owned Communications Company Focal Point operated as a Sole Proprietor from 1998 to July of 2003. Due to an expansion in staff and capabilities we changed the corporate structure to Focal Point Communications, LLC. On Feb. 1, of 2004, in order to allow greater employee participation in the ownership of the company, Focal Point Communications, LLC became Focal Point Communications, Inc. Our business is focused on the installation and recurring service (moves, adds and changes) of our customers evolving communications infrastructure needs. Our staff has been serving our major customers for years. We feel this is a tribute to our focus on customer satisfaction. Our RCDD and staff of BICSI and manufacturer trained communications professionals focus on getting the job done right the first time, with minimal disruption to on going business for our customers. This allows the Facilities and IT Departments to focus on their core responsibilities and not worry about the cable plant. Whether it is a single phone line that is being installed or the complete campus network for a military facility, Focal Point makes sure that the infrastructure is installed on time, to the customer’s wishes, to the Standards and Codes of the Industry and Tested to insure functionality. We are Team Players that strive to create long term value added relationships with our customers. .

We provide these services locally, nationally and internationally. We provide these services locally and nationally, directly and for third parties. Phone switches supported • Avaya • Nortel Cable Plant MAC • Small to medium cable plant installations (1 to 500 cables). We handle all cable media listed in the Cable Plant Services section. • Client SLA’s • Emergency Restoration • Preventative Maintenance Agreements • 24 x 7 Return to Service Agreements
