Processes/transactions and other things that help in Durham • A jointly appointed Locality Director of Public Health • A public commitment to develop joint commissioning strategies wherever possible and where not possible, to align strategies • Dedicated commissioners who meet regularly • Joint structures e.g. • Older Peoples Partnership Board • Older Peoples Joint Commissioning Group • Agreements on standard strategy format
