Team Stats • Our Vision • We are the leadership team that drives manufacturing success. We provide on-time quality serviceable SOI'S and parts to support the BAR Chart and delight our customers. • We measure our impact through: • Work we travel • Adherence to the bar chart • Working safely

Team Improvement – Past State • We were traveling too much work • Out of sequence work contributed to workmanship issues • Volume of work prevented good root cause analysis and resolution • Labor force was split to follow jobs and morale suffered Traveled work
Team Improvement – Future State • We are holding to Bar • Working jobs in sequence, reducing workmanship issues • Good root cause analysis and resolution in place, reducing defects even further • Labor force works in position, making them more efficient and happy! No Traveled work!
Future State Goal Eliminate 5% traveled jobs on each successive airplane!

Next Steps – Keep the Pedal to the Metal!! • Focus on reducing Traveled SOIs • Identify recurring constraints and address root cause • Continue with dual shift SOI Overhaul team • Use input from mechanics and shipside support to identify opportunities to improve SOI effectiveness • Reach Stage 2 by the end of October!
