  1. ESSENTIAL NATURE TRUST & TRUSWORTHINESS, TRUTHFULNESS AND SINCERITY

TRUST • إِنَّا عَرَضۡنَا ٱلۡأَمَانَةَ عَلَى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلۡجِبَالِ فَأَبَيۡنَ أَن يَحۡمِلۡنَہَا وَأَشۡفَقۡنَ مِنۡہَا وَحَمَلَهَا ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُۖ إِنَّهُكَانَ ظَلُومً۬ا جَهُولاً۬ ولِّيُعَذِّبَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقِينَ وَٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقَـٰتِ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِڪِينَوَٱلۡمُشۡرِكَـٰتِ وَيَتُوبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰتِۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورً۬ا رَّحِيمَۢا • In the universe everything was created for a specific purpose, they obey Allah (swt) whether they like it or not. Obeying by choice was the “Amanah”. • Majority of human beings turned out to be unjust and ignorant.

  3. TRUST • وَمَن يُسْلِمْ وَجْهَهُ إِلَى اللَّـهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَىٰ ۗ وَإِلَى اللَّـهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ • What is Sidq and ikhlas? • How does the word sincerety relates to the title of Surat-ul-Ikhlas and its topic? • How are sincerity and promises related? • According to the chapter what seems to be the opposite of sincerety?

  4. Abu Bakr –The Trustworthy • A perfected example of Trustworthy person. • ثَانِيَ اثْنَيْنِ إِذْ هُمَا فِي الْغَارِ إِذْ يَقُولُ لِصَاحِبِهِ لاَ تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ اللّهَ مَعَنَا فَأَنزَلَ اللّهُ سَكِينَتَهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَيَّدَهُ بِجُنُودٍ لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَجَعَلَ كَلِمَةَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ السُّفْلَى وَكَلِمَةُ اللّهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا وَاللّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ • when these two were [hiding] in the cave, [and] the Apostle said to his companion, "Grieve not: verily, God is with us." [62] And thereupon God bestowed upon him from on high His (gift of] inner peace, [63] and brought utterly low the cause of those who were bent on denying the truth, whereas the cause of God remained supreme: [64] for God is almighty, wise.

  5. فَلَمَّا تَرَاءَى الْجَمْعَانِ قَالَ أَصْحَابُ مُوسَىٰ إِنَّا لَمُدْرَكُونَ ﴿٦١﴾ قَالَ كَلَّا ۖ إِنَّ مَعِيَ رَبِّي سَيَهْدِينِ • And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" (61) [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me." (62)
