Agenda Points 1- Provision of 50% Adhoc Relief and medical Allowance to the Employees of Cadet College Skardu. 2- Appointment of Principal, Faculty members and Administrative staff. 3- Revision of Fee at Cadet College Skardu 4- Provision of Additional Funds. 5- Rightsizing of supporting staff. 6- Any other.

  4. CADET COLLEGE SKARDU Established in March 2000. Board of Governors consist of 10 members including Chief Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan as Chairman Present Staff Strength: - Principal = 1 - Faculty = 21 - Officers Admin = 03 - Supporting staff = 98 Total = 123

Current Issues: • Provision of 50% Adhoc Relief and Medical Allowance • Deficiency of Staff • Principal • Vice Principal • Lecturers in English and Physics • Adjutant • Admin officer • JCO • NCOs • Security Guards • Revision of Fee structure • Tuition Fee • Mess Charges • Misc Charges Cadet College Skardu

Cadet College Skardu Recommendations • Provision of 50% Adhoc Relief and Medical Allowance be ensured and an amount of Rs. 28.796 million be paid in shape of grant in aid. • Appointment of in service (Brigadier) Principal be made immediately • Appointment of Teaching and administrative Staff • Lecturers in English and Physics may be appointed to ensure the high academic standard of the college. • Adjutant, Admin officer, JCO, NCOs and Security Guards may be appointed to cop the co curricular and administrative issues. • Fee structure at all levels may be revised to meet the current challenges and maintain the standard of this only prestigious education institution in the area
