Learning Partner Associate Personnel Requirements Applicant will need to decide if they will apply for category A or B Note that Cisco does allow role sharing. With role sharing, one person can fill no more than two roles, and not in the same job category.

Steps for completing and submitting a Learning Partner Associate application Step 1 – Country and CLSP • Start the application by clicking on the Log Into the Learning Partner Associate Applicationlink and enter in your Cisco.com ID/password. Once logged into the application, select your Theater, your sponsoring CLSP, Country and Category Type (A or B) then click Continue. Note: If you select the incorrect CLSP before you submit you can go back to the first page and change the CLSP. You can also reach out to your Learning Partner Channel Manager for assistance in this area
Step 2 – Application Details • Enter all required information about your company and your contact information. When finished hit continue Note: Company name entered needs to be the name you are doing business under and will also be the name you sign your contract under. The question section located on the lower part of the application form are not mandatory but are important for us to understand more about your business
Step 3 – Program Requirements • Enter the CSCO ID numbers for each certified individual and click “Go”. It will automatically populate with the individual’s name, CSCO ID and certification expiration date. Note: If you get an error in entering in the CSCO ID this could be due to the person is showing registered under another company. Or their certification is no longer valid. Validate with the person that they are registered with your company
Step 3 - Program Requirements (Continuation) • Once the Certified personnel section has been completed, enter the CCSI numbers for CCSI personnel requirements Note: If the person you are trying to add has not attend an ICP event then by clicking on the link “If you would like to request that your sponsoring CLSP enrolls your candidate into the CCSI Program, please provide details here.” your Sponsoring CLSP will be able to assist you with getting the candidate enrolled in one of their ICP events If you get an error in entering in the CCSI ID this could be due that the person is showing registered under another company which will happen if the CLSP assisted with this person becoming a CCSI. Make sure that the CLSP releases the CCSI from their company so you can add the person to your application,. Another reason for an error is the CCSI has been inactive for over a year. Validate with the person that they are registered with your company or that the CCSI status has not expired.
Step 3 - Program Requirement (Continuation) • Applicant must click on the box next to the course where the CCSI is qualified to teach the course. If the box is not checked the course will not count towards your curriculum requirement. Note: If the CCSI does not have the course needed to meet the program requirements, the Learning Partner Associate applicant MUST request to have the additional certifications added to the instructor profile by clicking the link which reads, “To register certification(s) for an instructor, click here.”
Step 4 – Summary and Submit • On this page, the applicant will be able to see if they have met the program requirements. If program requirements are not satisfied, the applicant may save and exit so they may return at a later time and complete the areas that are still needed to meet the program requirements
Step 4 – Summary and Submit (Continuation) • If all program requirements are met, the applicant must “Submit for CLSP Review.”
Additional Process/Review before Application is approved • After submission, the Learning Partner Associate applicant will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the application including a ref id an email alias for maintaining communications regarding your application status • The application will be forwarded to the CLSP nominated for their review and approval • After the CLSP has reviewed and approved the application, the Learning Partner Associate applicant will receive the approval notification • There are two options that can happen once the CLSP has approved • If the Associate applicant has met all the requirements when the CLSP has approved then the application will be automatically sent to Cisco. • If the Associate applicant still needs to meet some requirements after the CLSP has reviewed and approved then the application will be sent back to the Associate applicant to complete and after all requirements are met applicant will be able to submit their application
Additional Process/Review before Application is approved • Cisco will request confirmation from the CLSP for the signed Exhibit E . • Cisco will have a review of the application demographics by Cisco’s legal and Brand Protection group. • Cisco will issue an Associate agreement once all requirements are met, Exhibit E is signed between CLSP and Associate applicant, Legal & Brand Protection has reviewed details of application. • Upon final approval the Learning Partner Associate will receive the ‘Welcome’ letter which includes their assigned Site ID. • CLSP can start to order training materials for Cisco Learning Partner Associate only after the approval has happened by Cisco
