FY 2013 Open Data Demonstration Experiments: Tourism Demonstration Citizens Administration Developers Tourists ○　The MIC demonstrates that publishing mobility, tourism, and disaster prevention information through the information circulation and sharing platform API facilitates development of various applications for achieving mobility management (*) and other functions. ○　For example, it is possible to achieve an intelligent navigation system that provides the shortest travel time to the destination or the lowest-priced transfer information to citizens and tourists, with delays taken into account. * To facilitate ordinary people and organizations to switch voluntarily from relying excessively on automobiles to "wisely" using public transportation or bicycles Implementing body: IBM Japan, Ltd.
